Not Enough Rings is a side-project of Veronica “Taeshi” Vera, who has wanted to do a proper, game-centric Sonic comic series for ages now. What better occasion to start than 2011, 20th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog? (Maybe 2001, but she tried that already.)
The series will go through all four classic games, act by act, and then be done (sorry, Sonic CD.) Oh, and Sonic 1's gratuitous third acts have been replaced with boss-related strips.
